HAND LOOMED BLAZER ”MÖLL”

Blazer ”MÖLL” is part of collection ”MÖLÜ” which represents the life on Prangli island 1930s. It was the most crowded time on the island, in history. Every household had over 10 people living in one property and a lot was going on. This is how ''MÖLL'' blazer was created. A lot of noises, water reflections colors combined, net textures as the fishing was main thing to do on a island.

Part of the blazer pattern is hand loomed on 100 years old looms.

This coat is ONE SIZE and only 1 ever made.

Materials are different deadstock leftovers loomed into fabric.

A story inspired by rebellious woman living on Naissaar. An Estonian island really near to capital. That might have been the reason why the woman on the island were very modern and up to date with different trends that were going on mainland. They used to put fashion illustrations on their walls instead of religious photos. A story of woman who loved pleats and chorchet.

Down part of the skirt is combined in different materials pleated which creates an unique abstract look.

Skirt part 100% cotton.

Skirt lining 100% viscose.

Pleated fabrics blend of deadstock materals, 100% polyester.

A legendary rustic jacket from AKSBERG collection with mosaique pattern inspired by water reflections. Made out of leftover leather from shoe industry. The leather pieces are brought from Morocco with hand-luggage and created into special mosaique pattern in Estonia. The jacket is packed with special waterproof zippers. The inner lining is hand dyed into abstract pattern.
